About Lynsie Hill

Lynsie Hill is a dedicated intern and emerging professional in the Clinical Mental Health field with a specialization in Play Therapy. She earned her B.S. in Psychology from the University of Maryland and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Jacksonville University, with an anticipated graduation date of August 2025. Currently, she is deepening her expertise through hands-on experiences and academic training, which have provided her with valuable insights into the needs of children and families, particularly those navigating trauma and behavioral challenges.

Lynsie’s counseling approach is based on client-centered therapy, emphasizing empathy, respect, and a deep understanding of each individual's unique experiences. She believes in creating a supportive and collaborative environment where clients, especially children, can explore their emotions and work towards personal growth.

Outside of her professional life, Lynsie enjoys crafting and discovering new places around town, which reflects her creative and curious nature. Her long-term goal is to establish a private practice and develop group therapy programs to further support and enrich the lives of her clients.
