Willow Tree Therapy Services offers sessions at the following rates:

Intake - $140

Individual Session (55 minutes) - $135

Individual session (45 Minutes) - $100

Individual Session (30 Minutes) - $70

Individual/Family Session (90 Minutes) - $140

Initial 15 minute phone consultation - Free

Payment

Cash, check, and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation & No Show Policy

I ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hour notice for cancellations. If you fail to show for an initial consultation, you will be required to pay a $25 fee prior to rescheduling. Established clients will be charged $75 for a no show fee.

Insurance

These may be helpful questions to ask your insurance provider:

- What is my deductible and has it been met?

- How many sessions per year does my insurance plan cover?

- Is a referral required from my primary care physician?
